By joining Sydney Canoe Polo Club, you agree to abide by the club's rules, Paddle NSW regulations, and Paddle Australia guidelines. Membership is subject to approval and valid for the membership period.
2. Code of Conduct
All members must:
- Treat fellow members, coaches, and officials with respect

3. Safety and Liability
Canoe polo is a physical sport with inherent risks. Members participate at their own risk and must disclose relevant medical conditions. As a Paddle Australia affiliated club, the club and its registered members are covered by Paddle Australia's liability insurance while they take part in paddling activities. This insurance does not pay for your own injuries. See Insurance for the details of the cover.
4. Equipment Use
Club equipment is provided for use during authorised training and events. Members are responsible for reporting any equipment damage or issues. Deliberate misuse may result in disciplinary action.
5. Fees and Payments
Membership fees are payable in advance and are generally non-refundable. The club reserves the right to adjust fees with reasonable notice to members.
6. Media and Photography
By participating in club activities, you consent to being photographed or recorded for club promotional purposes. You may opt out by notifying us in writing.
7. Termination
The club reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for violations of these terms or conduct detrimental to the club. Members may appeal decisions through the club committee.
